I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Communication with the staff was excellent, providing clear and timely information. The apartment was amazing, spacious, and neatly equipped. The location was very good, just a 10-minute walk from the center and very near the old town. The hotel also offered private parking, giving me peace of mind about my car.

During my recent travel to Brno, I stayed at the Modern Apartments Brno-Center hotel for transit. The location of the hotel was a major advantage, as it was conveniently located near the nearest airport, which was only 8 km away. This made it incredibly convenient for me to catch my flight and saved me valuable time and effort.

It would have been helpful if the photos accurately reflected the actual condition and cleanliness of the rooms, ensuring a more informed decision-making process for future guests.

Clean - modern apartment near the city center - with private parking. Great for families - with crib - basinet - toys, and anti-slip mat for the shower. Helpful host. Complimentary wine and tea/coffee. Close to public transport and the main train station.

Super spacious and neat apartment with separate bedroom, high-class feel, and rounded living room. Conveniently close to city center, with good host communication, free parking, and a welcome bottle of wine. The studio had a tidy bed, new bathroom with always available hot water, well-equipped kitchen , and guide books for Brno.

I had a great stay at Modern Apartments Brno-Center. The apartment was spacious and filled with natural light from the many windows. The separate bedroom was a nice touch, providing privacy and comfort. The bottle of wine left in the fridge was a pleasant surprise. I would recommend this place.

Although the apartment was equipped with everything necessary, there were a few drawbacks. The location didn't feel safe and was quite noisy outside.
